- Grit Games is a 45 minute team workout
- Combines all 3 streams of GRIT, Grit Strength Grit Cardio & Grit Athletic
- Teams can be competitive or NON-competitive (for FUN!)
- Workouts can be modified to suit most people

This Grit Games is a fundraiser event for the Les Mills Workout for Water. Our donations will help contribute toward providing clean water to children in Ethopian communities. Registration will be a $1 Donation on this link.
